For the fastest service:

  • Call 877-282-2882 between 9-5 EST M-F to request an Summerseat EasyExchange™.
  • We'll need to charge you for the new item, but will credit your card back when we receive your return.
  • We'll ship it the next day, subject to availability.
Once you receive the new item, place the original item in the box. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the replacement item. It's that easy!
